Yesterday we decided that we wanted to have kielbasa for supper. (Ok. 'Decided' might be a overstatement. It is what was in the freezer). Now you and I both know that any type of meat tastes better cooked on a grill. But Dan it is snowing outside! My response: So? Well I shoveled off the deck. Then I shoveled the snow of the grill. Got it mostly cleared off. Turned on the burners. Pushed the little ignite button. It started right up. Let it warm up a little bit. Put the kielbasa on it. A little bit later, I am sitting at my table eating a nicely grilled piece of meat in the middle of winter. Hey, all that it takes is a little insanity!

Grilling in the Snow?
